Dr. Vereen Barton is the owner of Bartons Blue Line Training and Consultation. She is also the Assistant Division Chief of the Maryland-National Capital Park Police in Prince George's County. For over 30 years, Dr. Barton has served her community in various roles, including law enforcement and rescue as a Fire Fighter/EMT, Police Dispatcher, and officer. Dr. Barton holds a Ph.D. in Forensic Psychology from Walden University.
Corporal Jasmine Reilly is a 15-year veteran of the Philadelphia Police Department, the nation’s 4th largest police department. Assigned to the PPD’s Office of Public Affairs and Media Relations, she currently serves as the PPD’s Digital and Social Media Manager. Jasmine holds a PhD in Forensic Psychology, a Master of Science in Clinical Counseling Psychology, and Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice.
Mr. Marvin Haiman serves as the Chief of Staff for the Metropolitan Police Department. In this capacity, Mr. Haiman oversees the daily operations of the Executive Office of the Chief of Police and is responsible for broad agency management and implementing strategic agency objectives. Mr. Haiman is responsible for several organizational units, including the Office of Communications, the Office of General Counsel, and the Professional Development Bureau.
Kevin McSwain is a certified police instructor with the Maryland Police Training Commission. Kevin has over thirty-four years of experience coaching, mentoring, leading, developing, and servicing others. Kevin is no stranger to task or providing instructions. He has taught as an adjunct professor, the law enforcement program, at Anne Arundel Community College.
Antoinette Tull has been a professional facilitator for over 20 years. As an accomplished Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) in public safety; she delivers comprehensive HR-centric facilitations designed to address the workforce challenges uniquely specific to law enforcement agencies, fire service, and emergency communications personnel.
Alaina has a wealth of experience in law enforcement, with over 20 years of experience. She started her career as an undercover detective with the Baltimore City Police Department and then moved on to the Prince George's County Sheriff's Office, where she served for 15.5 years. Alaina is certified as a Maryland Police and Correctional Training Commission Instructor.
Assistant Chief Yasmin Brown has over 22 years of law enforcement experience with the Maryland-National Capital Park Police (Prince George's County Division). Prior to her employment with the Park Police, she served as a dispatcher with the Prince George's County Police Department for 4 years. She is the recipient of numerous awards.
Morgan C. Kane, MPA, currently serves as the Assistant Chief of Police for Patrol Services North (PSN), which includes the Metropolitan Police Department’s Second, Third, Fourth, and Fifth Patrol Districts. In this role, Assistant Chief Kane leads approximately 1,200 personnel. Kane was appointed to the rank of Assistant Chief of Police in July 2021.
Retired Corporal Malika Knox had a distinguished 23-year career with the Prince George's County Police Department. During her tenure, she worked as a Patrol Officer, Detective, and Master Instructor at the Police Academy. She was a lead General/Academic instructor and also taught Defensive Tactics and served as a Master Emergency Vehicle Operation Course instructor for all officers of the agency.
